SAMSI offers a variety of seminars and colloquia during the academic year. The public is most welcome to attend.

Postdoctoral Fellow Seminar

SAMSI Postdoctoral Fellows give talks about their most recent research, in the context of a current SAMSI Research Program. A few times during the year, more senior members of the SAMSI community also give presentations about career or professional development.

Time: Wednesdays, 1:15-2:15 pm, room 150

Professional Development Workshops

SAMSI arranges for local professionals to speak to the postdocs on topics relevant to advancing their career.

SAMSI Colloquia

SAMSI visitors and established researchers give talks about their current research, in the context of a current SAMSI Research Program. Refreshments are served after the talk.

Time: Thursdays, 3:00- 4:00pm, room 150
